What’s the damage report and how do I fill it in?

In case an incident occurs during a RideLink rental, the driver must fill in -with the third party involved- the accident report, which can usually be found in the glove box. Furthermore, you must fill in RideLink’s damage report with the car owner.

Filling the form in is mandatory! Please send a copy to [email protected] within 24 hours after the rental has ended. Notifying us after 24 hours can potentially result in Allianz declining to cover damages.

Before the rental starts, you will receive an email with a rental agreement copy with instructions for renters, along with the damage report. Please remember to print them out and carry a copy during the rental.
